Riding Bicycle

We watched a Singaporean motocross a long time ago where all the contestants are kids. It was like a go-kart race, but instead of using a car, each kid had a real, mini size motorcycle. Alec was immediately awed by the 12-year old kid who won the game. He was interviewed and told the press that he’s been riding the bike since he was 6. Ever since he saw the race, Alec has wanted to learn how to ride a motorbike. After saying “May I buy a motorbike?” thousands of times every single waking hour of every single day, and after giving millions of reasons why he was still too small, his heart was still set on riding a motorbike. I finally said: “How are you going to ride a motorbike if you don’t know how to ride your bicycle? It’s very dangerous.” With that, Alec determined to learn to ride his bicycle and got up every single time he fell until he learned to do it. He was so proud. . . and I am so in trouble. . .
