1. Alec is soooo attached to Sean and has been asking for Sean every 10 minutes on our way back to Medan.
Alec: "I want to see Daddy, Mom"
Me: "We are going to see him now"
Alec: "Why aren't we landing, yet?"
Me: "In one hour, honey"
Alec: "But I want to be there now"
Me: "Ok, we just need to look for a place to park"
Alec: "Ok"
And Alec stopped asking for the rest of the way. Why, o why, didn't I think of this before? ...

2. We were discussing about the fire accident on the newspaper...
Alec: "Mom, if he catch a fire and his tummy on fire, will he soon die?"
Me: "Where did you see that? Did you see that from cartoon?"
Alec: "I did not see it anywhere. That's just how my brain works. Do you think there is something wrong with my bones?"

3. Alec: "Mom, I've got a problem"
Me: "What's that?"
Alec: "My heart is telling me don't like guns. But I really do like them. My heart wants me to hate guns but I just love them too much"

4. Alec: "I need a friend, Mom. I can't play with Sammy because she is just too small and doesn't understand how to play. I need a bigger person, a taller girl and smarter and rhymes with M-O-M"
