An Alec A Day

1. Alec: "Mom, I want a tea party. Can you call all my friends?"
Me: "Like Sam's tea party? Really?"
Alec: "Yeah and that's an order" I knew he get this from one of the game we played on Wii. I laughed soooo hard, Alec shyly ran and buried himself under the blanket...

2. Me: "Happy Easter, sweetheart".
Alec: "Happy Easter, Mom"
Me: "Do you know what Easter means?"
Alec: "We celebrate Jesus for waking up"
close enough...

3. Out of the blue, Alec said: "Zip your mouth, Mom"
Me: "Excuse me? Where did you get that?"
Alec: "My teacher said that"
Me: "In front of the class?"
Alec: "No. The class was over. She talked to her friend when she eat her lunch"
Me: "Sweetie, you can't ears dropping like that"
Alec: "I was walking. And I didn't drop my ears at all, silly Mom"

4. Me: "I know you don't have to go to school, tomorrow. But you looked exhausted. Why don't you go to bed?" Alec kissed me good night...
Alec: "I still want to play for a very long, long, time"
Me: "Play on your bed"
Alec: "I can stay up really late?"
Me: "You can play for 10 minutes and I will check you up later"
Alec: "You won't tell Daddy?"
Me: "No. Because you don't have to go to school, tomorrow"
Alec: "Well, are you promise not to tell Daddy?"
Me: "Yes, I promise"
Alec: "You promise to let me do whatever I want?" I smiled and said: "Don't push it. Go to bed". Alec had a big laugh and said: "Just KIDDING. If I'm the boss, I can do whatever I want?"
Me: "You can do a lot of things when you are the boss"
Alec: "Wow. Thanks Mom. Wait, I can't go without kiss you good night..."
Me: "Good night, Alec"
Alec: "What are you reading, Mom?" ...and sat next to me
Me: "Good night...."
Alec: "OOOOO-K.........."
