Today is Pet Day at Alec's school. In fact, Alec was so busy telling everyone at the office that he was going to see lots of animals that he ended up being late for school. When we got there, all of his friends were marching nicely to the yard to pet the animals -- dogs, chicks, turtles and fish. The school made the scene like a carnaval where the children could buy cotton candy, popcorn and baloons with tickets the teachers gave them. Alec had so much fun he was bargaining to have one of the pets to take home.
